What browser technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, software development kits, and authentication tokens. They can remember a session, preserve preferences, keep an account secure, or help a service understand whether it is working correctly.
This policy explains how Oryxa uses these technologies on the public website at oryxa.in and the authenticated product at theweirdlyodd.com.
How Oryxa uses them
| Category | Purpose | Choice |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Authentication, account security, load balancing, session continuity, fraud prevention, and requested service functions. | Required for the relevant service to work. |
| Preferences | Remembering settings such as appearance, interface state, language, or prior choices. | Can generally be removed through browser or product controls. |
| Performance and diagnostics | Understanding errors, latency, feature reliability, and aggregated usage when these tools are enabled. | Used only where permitted and, when required, after consent. |
The public marketing site does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide any consent controls required by law before using them.
Third-party and connected services
Authentication providers, hosting services, and integrations selected by a customer may set or read their own cookies or browser storage. Their use is governed by their policies and the permissions granted through the relevant account.
Following a link to another website or completing an external authorization flow may place you in that third party’s environment, outside Oryxa’s direct control.
Your controls
Most browsers allow you to view, delete, block, or limit cookies and site storage. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent sign-in, security controls, integrations, or other requested features from working.
You can also sign out, revoke connected accounts, clear site data, or use product settings where available. Privacy or cookie questions can be sent through the contact details below.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy when browser technology, vendors, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the latest version. Material changes will receive additional notice where appropriate.
